INFOSYS MEdICAL TEST

Medical test from Infosys
Hi,

As a part of your pre-joining process, Infosys requires you to undergo the below mentioned Medical Tests. You will be required to produce the following at the time of joining:

1.      Medical reports of the tests
2.      Medical Certificates  in the Hospital letter head should be in the same format as the attachment).

Following are the tests you need to undergo before joining.

Tests:
1.       HBSAg (SPOT/ELISA)
2.      Chest X ray
3.      Typhoid (Widal)
4.      Urine routine and bile pigments
5.      Blood grouping and Rh Typing
6.      Stool check

*** Please note that the medical checkup needs to be undergone in the hospitals mentioned in the attached pdf document only. The expenses for the medical tests will NOT be borne by the company.

*** The Medical Report is mandatory for joining formalities.

    but in tat no hospitals mentiond frm tamilnadu...

    better u first select the hospital and inquire them b4 a day of the test!

    mam i jst confused in traing period as its for 5and more weeks or for 6months?

    as i heard tat traing period is abt 6months....plz rply shortly mam...

    and one more my medical report getg delay...totally 6 tests are askd to be done...in tat 5tests report wil get before doj and one wil be nxt week...wil it become any problem mam...i'm vry nervous due to tis mam...

    will not cause any problem but u inform infy prior then training period is based on your performance. if u go into fast track then ur training period ll be ly 1 and half months

    At the Time of Joining Back
    It is mandatory to bring the following original documents along with A4 size photocopy at the time of joining

    • 10th standard marks card
    • 10th standard Certificate (if applicable)
    • 12th standard/PUC/+ 2 marks card
    • 12th standard/PUC/ +2 Certificates (if applicable)
    • Degree Marks (all semesters), if the eight semester result is pending then it is compulsory to join with 1 – 7 semester mark sheets and the course completion certificate.
    • Degree Certificate (whoever has not received the degree certificate, kindly produce provisional certificate from the college; provided you have all 8 semester mark sheets).

    Once the originals are verified the same will be returned to you.

    You can write to offer_extension@infosys.com for the following concerns:

    • Extension due to medical exigencies
    • Candidates not meeting the required percentage till 7th semester; however awaiting for their eight semester results.

    if u need accomodation prior then u need to mail reg it to infy to this id Infosys Technologies Limited-Campus Recruits 2011
    on the DOJ parents are allowed till food court

    Hi Nandhini, my name is Divya. I am glad to see your replies for freshers joining infy. By the by my DOJ is preponed from January 23rd to 19th September. I was informed about it on August 31. I haven't yet received mail regarding accommodation and medical tests. Can you please tell me When will I be receiving the same ? As i want to get everything done faster due to only few days remaining , can you give me the list of hospitals in Bangalore where I could undergo medical tests as specified by Infy .

    Mam can a trainee obtain his medical certificate from Mysore as l belongs to dehradun, unfortunately my medical certificate issued by a hospital which doesn't comes in nic approved list.kindly mail me list of nic approved hospital list in Mysore so that l can arrange my medical certificate from Mysore.
